Nice modern hotel in the centre of town. Staff was very friendly, and breakfast was first class. Walking distance to the beach and surrounded by many restaurants. Rooms clean but a little small. Bed very comfortable and windows do open so plenty of fresh air.

Great location. Nice room but could have a little maintenance applied. Reception staff very good, but not very present in the evenings and no security present. Great central location for bars and restaurants, great value. Perfect location for 5 mins walk to promenade or 10 mins to railway station.

Rooms are a little small but are clean and comfortable even if the mattress was a little hard for our liking. Excellent central location close to rue messina and the promenade and near to both tram lines. Staff are pleasant. One criticism is that the breakfast is not worth the €20 per person - plenty of places nearby that serve breakfast.

The hotel is slightly quirky in decor but is lovely and ideally placed. It is next to a pedestrian area, close to the promenade and the tram, convenient for the train station. All levels of staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold selection.

Excellent hotel great location very close to the Jean Mexican tram from the airport promenade de anglais 5 minutes walk close nice ville train station quirky hotel in a very old building all the rooms are different size and shape very courteous staff
